About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Product Designer to join a multidisciplinary design team focused on creating seamless digital and physical user experiences within the automotive industry.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Brand, Interior, and Exterior Design teams to develop intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital products. You will contribute throughout the entire product design lifecycle—from concept exploration and user research to interaction design, prototyping, and production-ready UI.

This opportunity is ideal for a designer with strong product thinking, exceptional UX/UI craftsmanship, and a passion for creating meaningful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end product design from concept through implementation.

• Maintain a holistic view of the in-vehicle digital experience, ensuring consistency across products and touchpoints.

• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, and implementation-ready design specifications.

• Create polished interaction designs, micro-interactions, and UI animations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

• Facilitate design discussions and effectively communicate concepts to stakeholders.

• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems.

• Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating insights into design decisions.

• Ensure a high standard of design quality throughout the development process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Interaction Designer.

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital product design across complex platforms.

• Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.

• Experience designing products throughout the complete design lifecycle.

• Strong skills in creating user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.

• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and developer handoff documentation.

• Ability to create refined UI animations and interaction details.

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including designers, engineers, researchers, product managers, and strategists.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Valid driver's license.
