Job Summary

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the daily execution of customer orders, focusing on high-volume shipping, return processing, and product refurbishment at the Houston facility. This role ensures that all outbound logistics—from label printing to carrier pickup—are handled with precision while maintaining inventory integrity through rigorous refurbishment standards. 

This position focuses on the fast-paced execution of daily shipments and the technical processing of returns and refurbishments, requiring proficiency in both physical handling and digital inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Fulfillment: Perform high-volume picking and packing of orders and stage them specifically for carrier pickup.
  • Shipping Management: Execute daily order label printing utilizing ShipStation and manage all carrier pickup arrangements.
  • Returns & Systems: Process customer returns within the CRM and Inventory Management System (IMS) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Product Refurbishment: Responsible for the refurbishment, disassembly, and reassembly of fulfillment items and finished goods.
  • 5S Methodology: Maintain a workspace organized by the 5S principles: Sort (remove unnecessary items), Set in Order (organize necessary items), Shine (clean the area), Standardize (create consistent schedules), and Sustain (maintain the discipline).
     

Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency:  Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Inventory Management Systems (IMS), and ShipStation.
  • Operational Knowledge:  Understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, consumer goods, and the end-to-end customer return process.
  • Physical Standards:  Comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment and handling necessary equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Safely, on a daily basis.
  • Experience:  Background in high-volume environments, specifically handling product assembly or refurbishment.
  • Preferred:  Forklift certification and bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
