About this role

Responsibilities:

Revenue Forecasting, Capacity Planning & Portfolio Governance

  • Lead the monthly Revenue Forecast process for assigned Business Areas and support data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Business Development and department heads to review performance, monitor ongoing projects and assess future opportunities.
  • Analyze historical trends and current performance to ensure forecast accuracy and identify revenue improvement opportunities.
  • Lead the monthly Capacity Planning process, including capacity analysis, forecasting and resource allocation recommendations.
  • Provide regular capacity reports, dashboards and ad hoc analyses for management.
  • Support Portfolio Governance by delivering insights and reporting for project and portfolio reviews.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, PMO, Portfolio Management and Finance to ensure effective project monitoring, milestone recognition and month-end closure activities.
  • Ensure accurate time tracking and compliance with SOX controls.

Planning Excellence & Process Optimization

  • Promote and continuously improve planning methodologies, tools and governance frameworks.
  • Act as a key planning partner for assigned Operations departments, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Identify and implement solutions to streamline planning processes, improve efficiency and reduce complexity.
  • Optimize resource utilization, capacity management and facility occupancy to prevent bottlenecks and support project delivery.
  • Monitor capacity and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Facilitate cross-functional and cross-site collaboration to support successful project execution.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements using lean principles.
  • Partner with OSSBA and other stakeholders to develop, test and implement scalable tools and processes aligned with business needs.
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert by defining standard ways of working and delivering guidance and training on tools and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Pharmaceutical Technology and Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of project management standards or processes improvement methodology
  • Demonstrated planning methodologies knowledge
  • Post Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong command of Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good economic-financial knowledge (and curiosity to increase it).
  • Experience: Good level of experience in scientific or technical field.
  • Proven listening, communication, facilitation and team working skills, with ability to interact effectively across multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to select and prioritize the different activities and requests.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Open-minded and positive approach towards change.
  • Problem-solving approach.
  • Capable in adjusting to a rapidly changing workload.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Focused on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
