About this role

Responsibilities:

  • Support biomarker efforts for the various projects within the department; either for stand-alone projects or as full scientific project leader in the biomarker department
  • Oversee experimentation design and planning, and delivery of high-quality scientific data on time in full and within budget
  • Ensure operational efficiency, effective scheduling, and continuous improvement
  • Drive innovation and ensure on time delivery of scientific excellence.
  • Delivery on the KPIs of the project
  • Ensure a collaborative and open working environment that promotes information sharing, integration of all stakeholders and ensuring that scientific data translates into project-related conclusions

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Life Sciences/Biology or related area with several years (>4Y) of post-doctoral experience in Biomarker discovery
  • Experience and know-how in immuno-assays development, high-sensitivity assays, clinical trial measurements and requirements
  • Experience in project leadership of small stand-alone or complex projects, preferably in either Neuroscience or Immunology/Auto-immune Disease.
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of initiative, flexibility, and teamwork
  • Innovation driven, high quality and scientific acumen
