Position

Jung von Matt HAMBURG is looking for a Senior Strategist (d/f/m).


Your Tasks

  • Development of brand, communication, and campaign strategies for national and international clients.
  • Conducting and evaluating market, competitor, audience, and trend analyses.
  • Derivation of relevant insights and translation into strategic recommendations.
  • Creation of positioning frameworks and strategic platform ideas.
  • Consulting clients on strategic topics and presenting strategic approaches.
  • Moderation of workshops, brand processes, and interdisciplinary working sessions.
  • Support of pitches and development of strategic foundations for new business projects.
  • Monitoring societal, technological, and cultural developments to identify new opportunities for brands.
  • Mentoring and professional support of junior strategists and interns.


About You

  • You have extensive experience in developing brand, communication, and campaign strategies.
  • You are able to interpret complex market, audience, and competitor analyses and translate them into strategic recommendations.
  • You have a deep understanding of cultural trends, consumer behavior, and digital developments.
  • You are confident in using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • You think across channels and understand the interaction between classic, digital, and social media.
  • You facilitate workshops and guide clients confidently through strategic processes.
  • You work analytically, structurally, creatively, and solution-oriented.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
