Senior Creative Team (d/f/m)

Position

Jung von Matt HAMBURG is looking for a Senior Creative Team (Senior Art Director & Senior Copwriter).

Your Tasks

• Development of integrated communication concepts, campaigns and creative platforms for national and international clients.
• Creation of innovative ideas, looks, storytelling approaches and executions tailored to brand, product and audience.
• Development of campaign ideas across platforms from ideation to execution.
• Identification of creative challenges and proactive development of strong and relevant solutions.
• Supervision of shoots, productions and content executions across all relevant channels.
• Active participation in pitches, new business initiatives and innovative communication projects.
• Mentorship, support and development of mid-level creatives, juniors and interns.
• Ensuring that all creative output meets the highest standards of craft, relevance and creative excellence.

About You

• You combine outstanding conceptual skills in both art direction and copywriting with strong hands-on executional craft.
• You work independently, proactively and with a strong attention to detail and craft.
• You have a deep understanding of brands, audiences, cultural trends and contemporary communication.
• You move confidently between traditional media, digital platforms and social-first communication.
• You are confident in production-related topics and experienced with shoots, social productions and integrated campaign productions.
• You are highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant creative tools, including motion-based workflows.
• You are curious about AI-driven creative workflows and actively explore new tools and technologies.
• You are able to quickly visualize, craft and evaluate ideas in terms of quality, relevance and feasibility.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• You have a strong portfolio of outstanding creative work and ideally relevant industry recognition or awards.
