About this role
Position
Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a (Junior) Copywriter (d/f/m) for our INDUSTRY Unit, creating bold ideas for clients who explicitly want to break with the conventions of B2B communication.
Are you passionate about ideas that shape culture and spark conversation?
Your tasks:
- Develop bold concepts and compelling copy for integrated campaigns, social content and films
- Create culturally relevant ideas that feel native to today’s platforms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and use AI tools to explore concepts, visual worlds and new forms of storytelling
- Contribute to pitches and campaign development for ambitious national and international clients
- Help turn strong creative work into compelling cases and international award submissions
What you score with:
- First professional experience in a creative agency, content studio or comparable creative environment
- Outstanding writing skills and strong conceptual thinking
- A sharp instinct for storytelling, social-first communication and cultural relevance
- Curiosity about AI-powered creative workflows and generative tools
- Initiative, a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
- A portfolio that shows creative ambition, originality and a desire to make work that stands out - junior creative awards are a plus
