About this role

The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for the administration, execution, and continuous improvement of the company’s performance management program. This role partners closely with HRBPs, managers, and employees to ensure performance review processes are effectively implemented and provide guidance and support throughout the performance cycle. This role also partners with HRBPs and managers to identify and develop training programs to support manager/leadership and employee development.
 
The Talent Management Specialist serves as a subject matter resource for performance management and training, helping to create consistent, engaging, and effective talent practices across the organization. The role also supports the ongoing development of talent management processes, tools, and resources to enhance employee performance, development, and engagement. Skills & Experience Requirements
•  5 years of experience in human resources, talent management, learning and development, or a related field.
•  Demonstrated experience administering performance management programs.
•  Experience with competency frameworks and integrating competencies into performance management is a plus.
•  Experience coordinating or managing employee training programs.
•  Experience with performance management and talent management modules within an HRIS.
•  Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
•  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with employees and managers at all levels.
•  Ability to independently manage programs while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners.

Education Qualifications
•  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Performance Management
•  Manage the company’s mid-year and annual performance review process, including planning, timelines, system administration, communications, and follow-up.
•  Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year and year-end review activities, ensuring processes are completed accurately and on schedule.
•  Partner with HR and managers to provide guidance on performance management practices, goal setting, performance evaluations, and effective feedback.
•  Develop and maintain manager and employee resources, tools, and communications to support the performance management process.
•  Monitor completion of performance management activities and proactively follow up with managers and employees as needed.
•  Support managers in understanding and effectively applying performance management processes and expectations.
•  Identify opportunities to improve the performance review process based on feedback, organizational needs, and best practices.
•  Support the development and implementation of the company’s competency framework and integration of competencies into performance management.
•  Maintain performance management processes and workflows within the HRIS.
•  Prepare reports and analyze performance management data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Training & Development
•  Assist HR Director in coordinating and administering company-wide training programs, including planning, scheduling, communications, registration, attendance tracking, and follow-up.
•  Partner with HR and business leaders to identify training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
•  Evaluate training effectiveness through participation, feedback, and other appropriate measures.
•  Support the development and implementation of leadership and manager training programs.
•  Identify opportunities to improve the employee learning experience and expand the organization’s training offerings. Compensation 
The pay range for this position is $35 to $45 per hour. Compensation is based on job-related factors, including skills, experience, and internal equity. This is a regular part-time position and is not eligible for company benefits.
