Job Summary
The Enterprise Transformation Project Manager plays a key role in driving JRM’s highest-priority enterprise initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, this individual will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to manage strategic programs, drive organizational change, and ensure successful implementation across the business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and execution-focused, with strong program management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
Responsibilities
Enterprise Program Management & Execution
- Drive the coordination and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and accountability structures across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Monitor initiative progress, identify risks and roadblocks, and facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure successful execution.
- Support prioritization, sequencing, and governance of strategic initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
Transformation Office Operations & Governance
- Establish and maintain reporting structures, dashboards, project management methodologies, and operating rhythms for the Transformation Office.
- Track key decisions, action items, deliverables, and implementation progress while driving accountability and transparency.
- Develop standardized tools, templates, and processes that improve visibility, consistency, and execution across enterprise initiatives.
Organizational Change Management & Adoption
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute change management strategies that support successful implementation and long-term adoption of strategic initiatives.
- Identify stakeholder needs, organizational impacts, communication requirements, and adoption challenges throughout transformation efforts.
- Support communication, engagement, and readiness activities that promote alignment and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Support
- Partner closely with executive leadership, department leaders, and regional teams to drive alignment and execution across strategic priorities.
- Build strong relationships across Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, Marketing, and other business functions.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, reports, and materials to communicate progress, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Organizational Leadership, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- 5–8+ years of experience in program management, PMO, transformation, consulting, operations, strategic initiatives, organizational change management, or related roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced organizations.
- Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, coordination, tracking, governance, and executive reporting.
- Experience supporting organizational change management, transformation initiatives, or enterprise implementation efforts.
- Ability to influence and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and levels of leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong executive presence and ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools, reporting platforms, Microsoft Office, and presentation development.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies or frameworks preferred.
- Experience within construction, professional services, real estate, engineering, or related industries preferred.
Salary Information
- To the extent this role is performed in New York City, the annual salary range is $120,000 - $140,000.
