About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you are an essential part of the guest experience and a key ambassador of our luxury brand standards. You ensure every guest room and suite reflects the highest level of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort, creating a space that feels both pristine and welcoming.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values precision and consistency, and understands that true luxury is found in the details. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, respect privacy, and maintain a polished environment directly contributes to the exceptional service standards we are known for.

What You’ll Do

Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to luxury-level cleanliness and presentation standards
Ensure beds, linens, and in-room amenities are perfectly arranged and visually consistent
Deliver thoughtful, detail-oriented service that anticipates guest expectations
Respect guest privacy and follow established room entry protocols at all times
Identify and report maintenance needs, safety concerns, or service opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and service spaces
Support laundry operations, including linen handling and supply replenishment
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover while maintaining quality

What You Bring

Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred (luxury hotel experience is a plus)
A strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and presentation
A professional, courteous demeanor with a guest-first mindset
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong reliability, organization, and time management skills
A desire to contribute to a collaborative team focused on excellence

Schedule & Expectations

Flexible schedule based on operational needs, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to remain active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Must present a professional appearance in accordance with hotel grooming standard

*New employees accrue 40 hours of vacation in the first year and earn 80 hours of paid sick leave per year. Eligible employees also receive holiday pay (if working) or paid holidays (if scheduled off) for six holidays each year.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
Prior housekeeping, custodial, or janitorial experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

Expected work hours: Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on occupancy levels

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 pounds
Occasionally lift or move items up to 40 pounds with assistance
Push and maneuver housekeeping carts weighing up to 75–100 pounds
Perform frequent repetitive movements, including bending, reaching, kneeling, and twisting
Use cleaning tools and equipment with precision and care
Work primarily in indoor environments with occasional exposure to varying conditions (e.g., laundry rooms, service areas, limited outdoor areas)
Exposure to cleaning chemicals; adherence to PPE and safety standards required
Visual acuity to identify cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance issues
