Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the User Acceptance Testing team, you will support products and feature releases through rigorous testing. You will collaborate across the organization to deliver continious value. The role’s focus on problem-solving, defining vision and strategy, and building roadmaps that impact millions of customers and thousands of employees. - Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for complex applications and systems.
- Enhance and optimize automation frameworks, processes, and test execution efficiency.
- Analyze requirements and create detailed, reusable test cases, scenarios, and test data.
- Execute automated and manual tests; analyze outcomes and log/track defects through closure.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews for test scripts and provide actionable feedback.
- Mentor junior testers and promote automation best practices and standards.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; evaluate and adopt new tools/technologies to improve automation.
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
- Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Build and maintain robust automation frameworks using advanced scripting/coding; stay current on new tools and techniques.
- Perform API testing with appropriate tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
- Validate data and workflows using database queries (e.g., SQL).
- Leverage understanding of software architecture, integration points, and version control (e.g., Git) to support reliable automation.
- Apply strong analytical skills to design effective test cases, troubleshoot complex issues, and close test coverage gaps.
- Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams; document/present results and strategies, represent testing at program level, and mentor/oversee junior testers.
- Experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business

- Work schedules will be full-time in office, on a 40-hour per week schedule.
