Product Manager, Cobrand & Strategic Partner Benefits

As a Vice President Product Manager in Strategic Partner Benefits, you will define product strategy and lead delivery for capabilities that connect customers to valuable partner benefits. You will drive solutions across digital experiences, partner integrations, enrollment and activation, fulfillment services, servicing operations, reporting, and data platforms. You’ll collaborate across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, marketing, and external partners to deliver scalable outcomes.
Job responsibilities
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities aligned to customer needs, business outcomes, and platform scalability
- Lead product discovery to evaluate new partner benefit opportunities and shape solution approaches
- Own end-to-end delivery for capabilities spanning partner onboarding, enrollment and activation, fulfillment, servicing, and reporting
- Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, success measures, dependencies, and delivery plans
- Partner closely with technology teams throughout the software development lifecycle to drive secure and resilient solutions
- Establish strong governance, managing scope, timelines, risks, and trade-offs across a complex stakeholder ecosystem
- Lead partner-facing product discussions on integration approach, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch support
- Define and track key performance indicators for engagement, utilization, operational effectiveness, and product performance
- Drive continuous improvement across product processes, operational readiness, and customer experiences
- Build alignment across product, technology, operations, data, risk, compliance, marketing, finance, and partner teams to remove blockers
- Mentor and develop product talent through coaching, feedback, and accountability
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of product management experience delivering digital products, platforms, or enterprise capabilities
- Demonstrated experience defining product strategy and translating business needs into roadmaps and executable plans
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and partnering with technology teams across the software development lifecycle
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience with partner integrations, API-enabled solutions, and/or large-scale operational processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including evaluating trade-offs across customer experience, business value, and operational efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready updates and recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence without direct authority
- High ownership mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in financial services, card products, benefits, loyalty, rewards, digital commerce, and/or partner ecosystems
- Experience leading partner-facing product initiatives and complex third-party integrations
- Knowledge of enrollment, activation, fulfillment, servicing, and/or customer engagement platforms
- Experience with APIs, cloud-based services, and authentication technologies
- Experience with data platforms and reporting ecosystems
- Experience supporting platform modernization, migration, and/or transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with customer journey design, operational readiness, and launch management
