Operational Transformation & Governance – Associate
About this role
Help shape how a critical operations function evolves through transformation, stronger data practices, and disciplined governance. You will work with senior leaders and partners across operations and technology to turn insights into action. This role offers hands-on ownership, broad stakeholder exposure, and opportunities to modernize processes through analytics and automation. If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems and improving how teams run, you will be well-placed to make a measurable impact.
As an Associate in Securities Services Operations, you will help deliver the transformation, change, and data agenda while strengthening governance and execution discipline across the function. You will partner with local leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational performance, increase transparency through reporting, and support data-driven decisions. You will contribute in a hands-on way—tracking initiatives, improving processes, and helping teams adopt better tools and routines.
