Lead Technical Program Manager- Strategy, Governance & Enablement

As a Lead Technical Program Manager within JPMorganChase Infrastructure Platforms Client Solutions Ops Enablement & Transformation, you will help drive the operating rhythm, governance forums, leadership communications, and enablement programs that support consistent execution across IPCS. You will partner closely with the Ops Enablement lead and IPCS leadership team to help shape priorities, coordinate execution, and strengthen the operating model.
The role requires a highly organized and proactive professional who can manage competing priorities, build strong relationships, develop executive-level materials, and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. You will help advance leadership priorities by bringing structure, follow-through, and clarity to strategic planning, portfolio transparency, change adoption, and team engagement.
Job responsibilities
- Drive execution of IPCS operating rhythm, governance forums, and leadership priorities.
- Lead planning and execution of leadership forums, strategic reviews, offsites, and executive communications.
- Partner with leadership to shape strategic priorities, annual planning processes, and organizational initiatives.
- Develop leadership materials, presentations, communications, and decision-support content.
- Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements
- Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
- Support change adoption, organizational readiness, and execution of key strategic initiatives.
- Lead people enablement, culture, recognition, learning, and engagement programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across HR, Finance, Transformation, and Business Management partners.
Support leadership objectives through structured follow-through, stakeholder alignment, and execution management.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Experience or equivalent expertise in business management, strategic planning, governance, program management, organizational enablement, or operational leadership roles within large organizations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in executive communications, governance, business planning, leadership support, and organizational initiatives.
- Strong organizational and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex deliverables, and drive execution across competing demands.
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
- Proven ability to develop executive-level materials, drive change adoption, support organizational initiatives, and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills, establishing trusted relationships and driving alignment across leadership, business, and partner organizations.
- Lead the IPCS communications and engagement strategy, building effective channels, content, and stakeholder communications across IP, partner organizations, and Business Technology teams.
- Prior experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or in a blended TPM/PM role.
- Experience improving enterprise intake/demand management and service experience (e.g., service catalogs, workflow automation, customer comms).
- Experience operating in regulated environments with meaningful security/risk stakeholders (product security, cyber ops, controls).
