As a Client Servicing Analyst within the Futures and Options Operations team, you will deliver day-to-day transactional support and service controls for futures and options clients. You will own key trade support processes, partner with clients to understand service needs, and ensure activities are completed accurately and on time. You will monitor service metrics, resolve exceptions, and help improve processes in a high-volume environment that continues to evolve.

Job responsibilities: 

  • Own end-to-end trade support processes for futures and options clients, coordinating operational delivery and client training
  • Partner with clients to understand service needs, validate requirements, and implement support processes within agreed service offerings
  • Manage daily business-as-usual client activity, including time-critical same-day and next-day tasks
  • Review client service metrics and key performance indicators, share insights, and drive resolution of service issues
  • Manage and process cash margins payments /receipts and non cash collateral accurately
  • Ensure clients margins are covered daily
  • Escalate operational issues and risks promptly with clear context and proposed actions
  • Apply a strong controls mindset and follow documented procedures to maintain execution quality
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve client experience
  • Maintain clear documentation and timely communication with clients and internal partners
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Polytechnic diploma
  • At least 1 year of experience in Banking operations, Futures and Options operations, or client servicing related roles within financial services
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Clear communication skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time-critical deliverables
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Prior experience with Alteryx and Macro is highly preferred
