About the opportunity

As Store Manager of Prouds Murray Bridge, you'll lead your own business, build a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving outstanding results.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Coach your team to build authentic customer relationships and maximise every sales opportunity.
- Recruit, coach and develop future leaders while creating a positive, accountable culture where success is recognised and celebrated.
- Drive sales performance, profitability and key business outcomes through strong leadership, sound business and financial acumen, and a relentless focus on results.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory, administration, rostering and loss prevention, using your strong planning, organisational and time management skills, to deliver consistently high standards.

We're looking for a commercially minded retail leader who enjoys developing people, making sound decisions and achieving results through their team.
You'll bring:
- Proven success managing a retail store and consistently delivering outstanding results.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyse performance and make sound commercial decisions.
- A passion for coaching, motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- A genuine love of selling and the ability to inspire others to achieve exceptional sales results.
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
- Confidence to solve problems, manage competing priorities and resolve conflict professionally and fairly.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with customers and your team.
- A polished, professional leadership style with resilience, positivity and high standards.
