- 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm DLS / 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Processing Consumer/Sales requests via email and call center
- Communicating with customers/sales reps-Product/program questions/Returns
- Training and Education- Product/Entry
- General Housekeeping/Filing
- Communication with factory/Art Dept./Order changes
Job Requirements:
Required:
- High School diploma
- Strong work ethic, excellent typing skills, professional phone etiquette, strong effective
- interpersonal communications, listening skills, and attention to detail both written and verbal.
- Listening skills and attention to detail in both written and verbal communication is key
- Advance English Level
- Dominican ID
- Live in Santiago
- Able to work on site.
