Back Office - Yearbook Auditor
About this role
- Responsible for inspecting and adjusting customer submitted pages.
- Responsible for placing questionable pages on hold following standards.
- Upload images and text, and properly move and place files when required.
- Generate, prepare, inspect, and code paper proofs on an as needed basis
- Responsible for reading and interpreting school instructions per plant procedures and specifications.
- Responsible for placing images on page and verifying that the correct image is placed in the correct location
- Responsible for working within the plant’s general Safety and work rules.
- Responsible for basic maintenance of the computer. Must be able to start, reboot and shut the computer down properly.
- High School degree or GED preferred
- Working knowledge of the yearbook printing process a plus
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Workshop and/or related software on the Macintosh and/or IBM PC is beneficial
- Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Good attention to detail and ability to stay focused on the task at hand
- Need to be able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Must be a self-starter with demonstrated decision-making ability
- Willing to work flexible hours and overtime with short notice
- Must have excellent attendance record
