About this role
The Site Logistics Associate is responsible for:
- Checking the startup's pre- and post-operational accomplishments and requirements.
- Examining and updating the transactions of all transfer receipts and prescribing receiving handling and storage guidelines for finished goods from manufacturing.
- Verifying and checking all issuances of materials and supplies for production and distribution.
- Providing an accurate inventory count of items daily and coordinating with the Inventory Controller in analyzing inventory discrepancies.
- Controlling and leading the receiving and activity issuance of warehouses in handling specific products by daily checking of monitoring forms and other documents.
- Coordinating with other counterparts in other distribution centers or warehouses for production codes and/or consumption codes of products to be shipped for verification acceptance.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course.
- With at least one (1)-year relevant Inbound and Outbound Warehousing experience in any industry.
- Knowledgeable with SAP or any ERP Software.
- Knowledgeable with MHE operations is an advantage.
- Must have attention to details and good interpersonal skills.
- Must be amenable to work in Canlubang, Laguna.
