About this role
The Shift Manager is responsible for the:

Ensured compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards while overseeing daily store operations

Led sales-driving initiatives and customer engagement to meet or exceed performance targets

Managed workforce planning, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support

Handled store administration and regulatory compliance, including reports, permits, and safety programs
JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree holder. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Must be able to communicate well, orally and in writing, to all levels in the store operations.

Must be able to perform well even under pressure or opposition.

Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and long hours.
