About this role

As the Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the content strategy for the Moroccan market, with potential expansion to other North African regions. Your role will involve creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing content across various platforms to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. You will work closely with the global Marketing Manager to align and apply strategies that increase brand awareness and support overall marketing objectives. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, and proficiency in French is a significant advantage.

These are your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for the Moroccan market and potentially North Africa.

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content across various digital platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns.

  • Ensure all content is culturally relevant and tailored to the target audience.

  • Collaborate with the global Marketing Manager to align content with overall marketing strategies and goals.

  • Implement strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition in coordination with the global Marketing Manager.

  • Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

  • Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content projects.

  • Oversee the localization of global content to fit the regional market needs.

  • Coordinate with external partners and influencers to amplify content reach.

  • Conduct market research to identify content trends and opportunities within the region.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

  • Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

  • Knowledge of the Moroccan market and cultural nuances.

Application Process

1. Submission of Application:

Interested candidates are required to submit their CV along with a brief statement explaining why they are applying for the role and how they believe their skills and experiences align with the position.

2. Psychometric Testing:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in two psychometric tests. These tests are designed to assess various aspects such as cognitive abilities, personality traits, and aptitude relevant to the role.

3. Interview Stage:

Successful candidates from the psychometric testing stage will proceed to the interview stage. Interviews will be conducted by members of the Multiverse team, including the hiring manager and relevant stakeholders. 4. Final Decision:

Following the interviews, a final decision will be made regarding the candidate's suitability for the role. Successful candidates will be notified of their offer of employment, and further details regarding onboarding and commencement will be provided.
