About this role
JOB TITLE: PRESS EXECUTIVE
REPORTS TO: PRESS AND MEDIA MANAGER
LOCATION: DUBAI
SCOPE OF JOB: Provide support to the Press Department and help with the planning and implementing of all press activities in the Middle East Region
RESPONSIBILITIES
PRESS
Support the Press and Media Manager in delivering the annual department strategy
Press monitoring: Print, Online & Social Media:
Monitor, update the press database and identify key opinion leaders
Successfully identify key relations relevant to Hermes to be targeted for the relevant categories of products
Building relationships with key press and influence KOL
Delivering against specific KPIs (e.g. AVE)
Press Trips:
Smoothly organize end-to-end press trips within allocated budget (incl. agenda, travel details, welcome packs if applicable…)
Timely generate post-trip report documenting key facts and figures, as soon as all coverage is available
Interview Coordination:
Coordinate and ensure smooth execution of interviews according to plans
Push for timely publication of interview in line with targeted schedule
Press Material Creation & Distribution
Share press materials in a timely manner according to communication calendar and to the correct distribution list
Efficiently develop press releases and coordinate press official photo shoots (e.g., identify photographer, align with budget…)
Press Events & Coverage Reporting
Assist on local and global event planning
Coordinate successfully the invitation process and ensure smooth distribution (incl. creation of guestlist) briefing of relevant stakeholders
Prepare press/social coverage reports (events + seedings + clippings)
Manage Press budget related to the event in question

Successfully support the Press Manager in day-to-day tasks
Engage and track social media content
Positive internal and external stakeholder feedback
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Press Executive and/or Press Intern, ideally within a globally recognized brand.
Fully digital and social media savvy yet also passionate about excellent print.
Highly organized and able to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Experience of internal and external stakeholder management.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Language skills, fluent in English.
