TITLE:   Logistics Administrator 

 

REPORTS TO: Senior Distribution Logistics Manager

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Local distribution Center Operations Management

  • Manage inventory transfer activities for seasonal returns
  • Coordinate and manage outbound shipment communications
  • Process store requests related to order modifications and cancellations
  • Coordinate inbound delivery schedules with stores
  • Oversee inventory transfer processes between stores and distribution centers

     

 

2. Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy

  • Support store inventory audits and stock-taking activities
  • Analyze inventory discrepancies between WMS and Cegid (Inventory ERP)
  • Manage Store Replenishment communications and follow-up activities

     

     

3. Vendor & Service Provider Management

  • Coordinate vendor operations and service schedules
  • Monitor service quality and vendor performance
  • Facilitate communication and support issue resolution for operational matters
  • Monthly purchase closing for vendor of Transporter, Printing, Local distribution Center etc

 

 

4. Store Operations Support

  • Support the supply of label paper and operational consumables
  • Review, coordinate, and follow up on store operational requests

     

 

5. Packaging materials Management

  • Manage store operational supplies
  • Monitor supply orders and fulfillment status
  • Manage packaging inventory levels and replenishment orders
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to support business operations

 

REQUIREMENTS & CAPABILITIES

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics administration or a related field. 
  • Ability to commit to a 9-month temporary contract  
  • Good understanding of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management processes
  • Knowledge of distribution centre and store replenishment operations
  • Ability to coordinate with stores, logistics providers, and internal departments
  • Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy
  • Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working with 3PL providers in Fashion Retail industry is a plus
  • Business-level English communication skills
