HVAC Systems Operation Manager
About this role
Are you an experienced operations leader ready to drive excellence across some of Sweden's most exciting data centre and critical infrastructure projects?
We are looking for a Systems Operations Manager to lead our HVAC System Operation sits across Sweden.
In this role, you will be responsible for operational delivery across multiple customer sites, leading a team of Site Supervisors and field operatives while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving operational performance, supporting business growth, and developing high-performing teams.
This position is based in Sweden and requires regular travel across customer sites nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Systems Operations activities across Sweden.
- Manage, coach, and develop Site Supervisors and operational teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Manage workforce planning, subcontractors, and operational resources.
- Build strong customer relationships and support key stakeholder meetings.
- Drive a strong health & safety culture and ensure compliance with Swedish regulations.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and project profitability.
Who You Are
- An experienced people leader with a strong operational mindset.
- Customer-focused and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive, and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about developing teams and driving continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in construction, engineering, building services, or technical operations.
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations, projects, or field teams.
- Strong understanding of project delivery, resource planning, and customer management.
- Knowledge of Swedish construction regulations and HSE requirements.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent Swedish and English.
- Valid driving licence.
