CO Clinical Nurse Manager
About this role
We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager who will plan and administer outpatient care services for the Gynecology & Obstetrics department. Collaborate with health care providers to establish standards of care for the specialty practices. Supervise medical assistants administratively and clinical nurses directly and may have oversight of the PSC's.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for nursing practice standards, regulatory compliance and performance improvement activities of the clinic operation.
- Practice nursing per clinical protocols and under the nursing scope of practice for the State of Maryland.
- May perform case management services to patients from initial intake visit through termination of services.
- Plan and monitor budgets in the areas of nursing personnel, medical-surgical supplies, equipment, and medications.
- Design, manage, and evaluate the systems through which patient care is delivered, and maintain an efficient and cost-effective environment conducive to quality patient care.
Minimum Qualifications
- Individual must be a registered nurse, licensed in the State of Maryland or state where practicing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field required.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or business administration preferred.
- Minimum of three years clinical nursing experience.
- Related master's degree may be considered in lieu of some experience. Prior supervisory experience may substitute for up to two years of required nursing experience.
- Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Starting Salary Range: $89,585 - $156,725 Annually ($123,100 targeted; Commensurate w/exp.)
