Collision Receptionist

Joe Myers Toyota is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Body Shop Receptionist to join our Collision Center team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the front office operates efficiently. This is a full-time position, Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position requires working every other Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Schedule body shop estimates, repair appointments, and customer follow-ups.
• Assist customers with repair status updates and general inquiries.
• Open and maintain repair orders accurately.
• Process payments and balance daily receipts.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies, customers, and body shop staff.
• Maintain customer records and file documentation.
• Perform general clerical duties, including scanning, copying, filing, and data entry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Provide administrative support to the Body Shop Manager and Estimators as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership or collision center experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
