Location: Lekki (Jakande) — candidates must reside within or near this area Salary: ₦200,000 Net/month
Gender Preference: Female
Experience Required: 3+ years in Telesales


About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, well-spoken, and organized Telesales Officer to manage customer communications, follow-ups, and support our sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and able to build trust with customers while keeping track of multiple ongoing conversations.


Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries
- Make outbound follow-up calls on proposals and record client commitment status, and reporting outcomes.
- Send payment receipts and balance reminders to customers
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments
- Respond to chats, comments, and inquiries on social media and the company website
- Notify customers of scheduled site visits and installation timelines
- Confirm and follow up on site assessment appointments with customers via phone calls
- Escalate unresolved or sensitive customer issues to the Director



Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow up on customer interactions intelligently and consistently, without dropping the ball
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using phone systems, social media platforms, and office/CRM tools
- Friendly, patient, and persuasive communication style
- Ability to handle sensitive or difficult customer situations with professionalism
