Store Manager
About this role
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies to reduce waste and control costs
- Utilize ERP and CRM systems to track sales performance, monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and analyze customer behavior
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns using CRM data to boost customer retention and increase repeat visits
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
- Monitor and manage budgets, including labor costs, food costs, and overhead expenses
- Collaborate with the regional operations team to implement new processes, initiatives, and training programs
- Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management
Requirements
- 4–5 years of progressive experience in restaurant or food service management, preferably in a fast-casual or full-service setting
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff development, and performance management
- Expertise in inventory management, including cycle counting, ordering, and loss prevention
- Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems for operational reporting, customer data analysis, and business intelligence
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols, labor laws, and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
