Queen Martins is hiring a commercially driven Brands and Operations Officer to help grow and monetize a fast-rising personal brand and media platform. This role is for someone who understands how to position personalities, secure opportunities, build strategic relationships, negotiate deals, and drive revenue through partnerships, visibility, and influence.

The goal is to build a highly visible and commercially successful brand with strong revenue streams across Nigeria and international markets.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional administrative or social media role. We are looking for someone who can actively help monetize the brand by:
· Securing opportunities
· Building strategic partnerships
· Managing high-value relationships
· Driving collaborations
· Packaging offers
· Turning visibility into revenue
The ideal candidate understands creator economy dynamics, celebrity/talent management, partnerships, sponsorships, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Source and secure paid brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations
· Identify and pursue speaking, media, ambassadorial, and visibility opportunities
· Build and maintain strong industry relationships and social capital
· Position the brand for monetization opportunities locally and internationally
· Develop partnership proposals, media kits, and commercial offers
· Manage inbound opportunities and outbound business development
· Coordinate launches, collaborations, and strategic campaigns
· Negotiate deals and ensure proper follow-through
· Work closely with content and media teams to align visibility with revenue goals
· Track partnership pipelines, conversions, and income opportunities


Requirements

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
· Has experience managing creators, founders, influencers, public figures, or celebrities
· Understands how to secure deals and monetize influence
· Has strong relationship-building and networking abilities
· Is commercially minded and opportunity-driven
· Has existing social capital and access to valuable networks
· Is confident in outreach, pitching, and negotiations
· Understands brand positioning and audience growth
· Is proactive, resourceful, and execution-focused
· Understands both Nigerian and global media/business landscapes
· Can identify trends, partnerships, and strategic positioning opportunities quickly
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in any of the following are strongly preferred:
· Talent management
· Influencer management
· Celebrity relations
· Brand partnerships
· PR & strategic communications
· Media business development
· Creator economy or entertainment business
Important Note
We are specifically looking for candidates who have:
· Successfully driven revenue through partnerships, sponsorships, brand deals, or strategic collaborations
· Helped personalities or brands grow commercially
· Built repeatable monetization structures and opportunities
· This role is best suited for a commercially sharp relationship-builder — not a purely administrative or content support profile.


Benefits

Compensation: N350,000 -N400,000
