Senior Producer - Creative Communications (On Air Promos), Colors

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in producing high-impact trailer-type promos, particularly for Hindi GEC fiction shows.
• Strong understanding of promo storytelling, narrative structure, emotional beats, drama, suspense, and audience engagement.
• Ability to identify the strongest story points and create impactful promo narratives with strong hooks.
• Hands-on experience in conceptualization, scripting, shoot planning, execution, editing, VFX, graphics, music, sound design, VO, and final delivery.
• Strong understanding of trailer packaging, pacing, music integration, and creating compelling narratives within short durations.
• Ability to independently manage the complete promo production process from brief to final output.
• Strong collaboration skills with Creative, Marketing, Channel teams, Production Houses, Directors, Editors, VFX, and Post-Production teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines while maintaining high creative standards.

Preferred Profile:

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with companies that produce trailers.
