What we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who leads with heart and curiosity. This role will be based at our flagship restaurant, Jikoni in Marylebone.

- Experience: At least 2+ years' experience as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous

Key responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during service
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in quality and presentation
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of supplies
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
