Beschrijving van de Stageopdracht
Ben jij een MBO-student die graag wil ontdekken hoe het is om te werken bij een toonaangevend internationaal energiebedrijf? Dan is een stage binnen Maintenance bij Shell de perfecte kans voor jou!
Stageopdracht
Tijdens je stage draag je actief bij aan onderhoudswerkzaamheden binnen onze productieomgeving. Je werkt samen met ervaren technici en engineers en doet praktijkervaring op in een omgeving waar veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en teamwork centraal staan. Je ontdekt hoe Shell haar installaties optimaal laat functioneren en zich voorbereidt op de energietransitie.
Wat kun je verwachten?
- Assisteren bij preventieve en correctieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan apparatuur en installaties.
- Samenwerken met ervaren Shell-professionals die je begeleiden en hun kennis en expertise met je delen.
- Leren hoe onderhoudsplanning en -uitvoering bijdragen aan veilige en efficiënte bedrijfsvoering.
- Werken in een inspirerende omgeving waar jouw ideeën, initiatief en nieuwsgierigheid worden gewaardeerd.

Technische Vaardigheden
- Praktische ervaring opdoen met mechanische, elektrotechnische en instrumentatiesystemen.
Veiligheid & Kwaliteit
- Inzicht krijgen in en werken volgens de hoge veiligheids- en kwaliteitsstandaarden van Shell.
Probleemoplossend Vermogen
- Leren technische storingen te herkennen en bij te dragen aan het analyseren, oplossen en herstellen van problemen.
Communicatie & Samenwerking
- Effectief samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair team en professioneel communiceren in een industriële omgeving.
Betrouwbaarheid van Installaties
- Inzicht ontwikkelen in het belang van installatiebetrouwbaarheid en asset integrity voor een veilige en efficiënte operatie.
