- Troubleshoot production dies and tooling to identify wear, damage, alignment issues, and other failures.
- Disassemble, inspect, repair, fit, and reassemble dies and tooling.
- Perform preventive maintenance on production dies and tooling.
- Read and interpret tooling drawings, blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD prints.
- Machine replacement or repair components using mills, lathes, surface grinders, CNC equipment, and other tool-room machinery.
- Fit and assemble tooling components to tight dimensional tolerances.
- Use micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Support die tryouts, adjustments, troubleshooting, and production improvements.

- Direct experience building, repairing, maintaining, or troubleshooting production dies/tooling.
- Experience with metal stamping or forming dies strongly preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, tooling drawings, and dimensional specifications.
- Experience using manual mills, lathes, grinders, or similar tool-room equipment.
- Experience working to tight tolerances.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment, including micrometers and calipers.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
