The shift is 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Consumer Care Specialists serve our customers with excellence by striving always to exceed expectations while providing technical support for our products.
In this role, you will handle customer phone calls and help troubleshoot problems, answer general questions, and resolve all other consumer issues.
As a specialist, you will receive training on all Jasco’s products; including things such as universal remotes, antennas, timers, and home automation devices.
Consumer Care Specialists also act as a platform for customers to give feedback about our products and help make improvements to products, packaging, and manuals.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 1 year of previous customer service/call center experience is required.
Fluent in Spanish is a plus
Working knowledge of consumer electronics.
Ability to use Microsoft Excel.
Must be able to lift and carry products, chairs, returns, and office supplies as needed.
