Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments.

We are seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to join JASARA PMC. This role will manage strategic supplier relationships following MPA award, ensuring supplier performance, call-off readiness, issue resolution and sustained value realization throughout contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

Establish supplier relationship management processes for awarded MPA suppliers.

Monitor supplier KPIs, service levels, capacity commitments, delivery performance and issue logs.

Coordinate call-off administration with procurement, development, projects and suppliers.

Lead regular supplier performance reviews and improvement actions.

Resolve commercial, operational and relationship issues.

Maintain supplier development plans, lessons learned and performance scorecards.

10+ years experience in procurement, supplier management, contract management or category management.

Experience managing post-award supplier performance and contractual obligations.

Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management,

Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope.

Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project

environments.

Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete

procurement records.
