Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments.

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager - Architecture & Finishes to join JASARA PMC. Lead procurement of architectural, finishes and building product categories, ensuring standardization, commercial leverage and supplier capacity across residential product tiers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop category strategies for architectural finishes and building products.
  • Lead market engagement, PQQ, RFP, tender evaluation, BAFO and award activities.
  • Coordinate with design specification consultants to align specifications with market capability.
  • Manage technical and commercial evaluation interfaces for architectural categories.
  • Balance cost, quality, standardization, lead time and warranty obligations.
  • Prepare award recommendations and support approvals.
  • 10+ years procurement experience, preferably in architectural finishes, fit-out or building materials.
  • Experience managing tenders for construction products and finishes.
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope.
  • Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement records.
