JASARA Program Management Company is a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, established to elevate the delivery of social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia and support Vision 2030 through solutions-based program delivery. Working at the intersection of design excellence and program delivery, JASARA supports complex built-environment projects that shape communities and public infrastructure.

As Senior Design Manager, you will play a central role in guiding architectural design delivery across a range of asset types. This role is focused on bringing strategic oversight, design leadership, and strong cross-functional collaboration to projects, helping ensure that design outcomes are imaginative, effective, and aligned with wider project objectives and quality expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Steer architectural design projects across various asset types.
  • Oversee a dedicated design team and support high-quality design delivery.
  • Ensure that design work aligns with project objectives and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders throughout the design process.
  • Apply a strategic approach to deliver imaginative and effective design solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in architectural design management, including managing complex design projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with stage-gate design reviews, BIM coordination workflows, and value engineering.
  • Experience with safety-in-design practices.
  • Experience managing client-side leadership, internal multidisciplinary teams, external consultants, and contractors.
  • Holds a registered architect license.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with sustainability principles in design and construction.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in mixed-use developments is a plus.
  • Holds a PMP certification.
  • Holds LEED accreditation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
