As a Senior Contracts Admin, you will play an important role in supporting the commercial and contractual foundations of major infrastructure programs. The role offers the chance to work closely with project and commercial stakeholders, helping ensure that contract administration is handled effectively across a complex delivery environment while contributing to sound decision-making and successful program outcomes.
Responsibilities- Review, draft, and administer contracts across complex infrastructure programs.
- Coordinate contract documentation, approvals, and compliance with internal policies.
- Support change orders, claims, and commercial correspondence with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual and commercial issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Commerce, or related discipline.
- Professional membership with a recognised industry body (RICS, CIArb, CIPS, ICE, or equivalent) desirable.
- Minimum 15+ years' experience in contract administration, commercial management, or contract management within major infrastructure or construction projects.
- Experience managing large and complex contract portfolios.
- Demonstrated experience leading contract administration teams.
- Experience supporting roads, highways, transportation, or major infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with public-sector or giga-project governance environments is highly desirable.
