As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support that helps senior leadership stay organized, responsive, and effective in a dynamic project environment, while serving as a key coordination point across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive Director in a fast-paced infrastructure project environment.
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate schedules efficiently.
  • Arrange travel and related logistics.
  • Prepare meetings, organize materials, and record accurate meeting minutes.
  • Handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting an Executive Director in an infrastructure project environment.
  • Experience with complex calendar management, travel coordination, and preparing meetings and taking meeting minutes.
  • Proven ability to support and interact with the Executive Director, senior leadership, project teams, and external partners and clients.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as experience with meeting coordination tools.
  • Experience handling confidential documents and information with a high level of discretion.
  • Strong English proficiency.
  • Experience in infrastructure projects and in engineering or program management companies is a plus.
