We are seeking a DLP Snagging Professional to join JASARA PMC. The DLP & Snagging Professional is responsible for supporting the identification, coordination, tracking, and close-out of defects, snags, and Defects Liability Period (DLP) obligations across assigned Qiddiya City assets. The role works closely with project teams, consultants, contractors, service providers, and operational stakeholders to ensure defects are recorded, monitored, and progressed to closure in accordance with contractual requirements, operational standards, and handover processes. The position contributes to asset handover, operational readiness, and the successful transition of assets into operational use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day DLP and snagging activities across assigned assets, ensuring identified defects and incomplete works are accurately logged and tracked through to resolution.
  • Participate in inspections, joint walkthroughs, snagging reviews, defect verification visits, and close-out assessments with project teams, consultants, contractors, and operational stakeholders.
  • Maintain defect and snag registers, ensuring records include ownership, priority, target dates, status updates, supporting evidence, and close-out documentation.
  • Monitor progress of defect rectification works and follow up with contractors and service providers to ensure closure within agreed timelines.
  • Assist in reviewing handover documentation, including O&M manuals, warranties, asset registers, testing and commissioning records, training documentation, and defect close-out records.
  • Update CAFM/CMMS systems, snagging platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure accurate defect tracking and status reporting.
  • Support the assessment of defects for potential impacts on safety, compliance, asset reliability, maintainability, operational performance, and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including facilities management, infrastructure, utilities, landscaping, public realm, security, and project delivery teams to support defect resolution and interface management.
  • Contribute to readiness reviews, defect reporting, contractor performance monitoring, warranty tracking, and lessons learned activities.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and provide progress updates on outstanding defects, rectification activities, and DLP performance metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Building Services, Asset Management, or a related discipline.
  • With 7-10 years of experience in construction completion, asset handover, DLP administration, snagging, facilities management, operations readiness, or maintenance environments.
  • Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and service providers on defect rectification, inspections, close-out activities, and warranty management.
  • Experience within large-scale developments, mixed-use communities, infrastructure assets, public realm environments, or similar operational environments is desirable.
