SOFTWARE DEVELOPER SENIOR STAFF HO
About this role
1. Design, develop, test, and maintain software modules and services
2. Write clean, secure, and maintainable code in line with engineering standards
3. Perform code reviews, debugging, and root-cause analysis of defects
4. Support agile development activities including sprint execution and backlog tasks
5. Work with QA and DevOps teams on testing, CI/CD, and release activities
6. Monitor application performance and support production issue resolution
7. Maintain technical documentation and development artifacts
8. Support continuous improvement, refactoring, and technical enhancements
Qualification:
1. Minimum bachelor degree in Informatics Engineering/ related fields
2. Have minimum 3 years of experience in related fields
3. Willing to be placed in Jakarta


1. Merancang, mengembangkan, menguji, dan memelihara modul serta layanan perangkat lunak.
2. Menulis kode yang bersih, aman, dan mudah dipelihara sesuai dengan standar engineering.
3. Melakukan code review, debugging, dan analisis akar penyebab (root-cause analysis) atas defect atau masalah yang ditemukan.
4. Mendukung aktivitas pengembangan Agile, termasuk pelaksanaan sprint dan penyelesaian tugas dalam backlog.
5. Bekerja sama dengan tim QA dan DevOps dalam proses pengujian, CI/CD, dan aktivitas rilis aplikasi.
6. Memantau kinerja aplikasi serta mendukung penyelesaian masalah yang terjadi di lingkungan produksi.
7. Menjaga dan memperbarui dokumentasi teknis serta artefak pengembangan.
8. Mendukung perbaikan berkelanjutan, refactoring kode, dan peningkatan teknis lainnya.
Kualifikasi:
1. Minimal lulusan S1 Teknik Informatika atau bidang terkait.
2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang yang relevan.
3. Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta.
