Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the cleanliness and sanitation of critical clean areas within the RPU Megaluh facility, ensuring compliance with quality control standards and industry regulations.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain cleaning and sanitation protocols for all designated clean areas, including production zones, laboratories, and storage facilities.
Supervise and train cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures in clean environments.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of clean areas to verify adherence to established cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and sanitizers, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to schedule cleaning activities that minimize disruption to operations.
Investigate and document any deviations from clean area protocols, implementing corrective and preventive actions as required.
Prepare and maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, inspection results, and training activities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
Participate in internal and external audits related to clean area management.
Identify and recommend new technologies or methods to enhance clean area efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in clean room management, quality control, or sanitation roles within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food processing or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP principles.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective cleaning and sanitation programs.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in training and motivating a team.
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and hygiene.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, as required.
