PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR - FISH PONDS
About this role
1. Supervise daily pond activities according to work plans and SOPs.
2. Monitor feeding, stock condition, mortality, and water quality.
3. Guide and coordinate operators and farm workers.
4. Ensure compliance with biosecurity, environmental, safety, and hygiene standards.
5. Report abnormalities, health issues, and operational problems.
6. Maintain daily operational records.
Qualification:
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Fisheries or a related field.
2. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
3. Able to communicate effectively.
1. Mengawasi kegiatan operasional kolam harian sesuai dengan rencana kerja dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP).
2. Memantau pemberian pakan, kondisi stok, tingkat kematian (mortalitas), dan kualitas air.
3. Membimbing dan mengoordinasikan operator serta pekerja tambak.
4. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar biosekuriti, lingkungan, keselamatan kerja, dan kebersihan.
5. Melaporkan kondisi abnormal, masalah kesehatan, dan kendala operasional.
6. Memelihara dan memperbarui catatan operasional harian secara akurat.
Kualifikasi:
1. Minimal S1 Perikanan atau Yang Relevan
2. Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel
3. Mampu berkomunikasi yang efektif
