Ringkasan Pekerjaan
Bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan proses pembekuan dan penyortiran produk sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur yang telah ditetapkan, memastikan kualitas dan kuantitas produk yang optimal.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Melakukan proses pembekuan produk sesuai dengan instruksi kerja dan standar kualitas yang berlaku.
Melakukan penyortiran produk berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan (ukuran, berat, kualitas, dll.).
Mengoperasikan dan merawat mesin serta peralatan pembekuan dan penyortiran dengan benar.
Memastikan kebersihan area kerja dan peralatan yang digunakan.
Melakukan pencatatan data produksi, termasuk jumlah produk yang dibekukan dan disortir.
Melaporkan setiap temuan ketidaksesuaian produk atau masalah operasional kepada atasan.
Mematuhi semua peraturan kesehatan, keselamatan kerja (K3), dan standar kebersihan (GMP).
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro atau bidang yang terkait
Fresh graduate dipersilakan
Mampu mengoperasikan mesin dan peralatan produksi dengan baik.
Memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai standar kebersihan (GMP) dan K3.
Teliti, cekatan, dan mampu bekerja dengan cepat.
Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift.
Sehat jasmani dan rohani, tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit yang dapat menghambat pekerjaan.
