Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation Strategy

  • Develop and execute the Finance Digital Transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve finance operations through automation, system enhancement, and digital innovation.
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives across all business units.
  • Establish digital governance and prioritize transformation projects based on business value.

Business Process Improvement

  • Analyze and redesign end-to-end finance processes specially in finance shared service operation
  • Eliminate manual processes through automation and workflow optimization.
  • Develop standardized finance processes across business units.

Financial Systems Management

  • Act as Finance Business Owner for ERP and finance applications.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement, enhance, and maintain finance systems.
  • Define business requirements and oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure system integration between finance applications and other enterprise systems.

Project Management

  • Manage finance transformation projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams involving Finance, IT, Internal Audit, Tax, Procurement, and Business Units.
  • Monitor project risks and ensure successful project delivery.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and IT.
  • Work closely with Finance leadership to understand operational challenges.
  • Manage external vendors and consultants involved in finance transformation initiatives.
  • Present project progress and transformation updates to senior management.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all digital solutions comply with internal controls and corporate governance.
  • Support finance compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new digital processes.

Change Management

  • Lead organizational change management initiatives related to finance transformation.
  • Develop communication and training plans for new finance systems and processes.
  • Drive user adoption of new digital solutions.

Technical Competencies

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Understanding of API integration and enterprise systems.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Finance, Financial Control, ERP implementation, or Finance Transformation.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading digital transformation or finance system implementation projects.
  • Experience working in large, multi-business organizations or management consultant is preferred.
  • Experience in Financial Shared Services is preferred
