Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating technical operations and maintenance activities within the Nganjuk facility to ensure efficient production and equipment reliability.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production machinery and facility infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and breakdowns efficiently to minimize downtime.
Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical components.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in all technical operations.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and longevity.
Collaborate with production and quality control teams to optimize processes and address technical concerns.
Prepare technical reports and documentation on maintenance activities, equipment status, and improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical coordination or supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in maintenance planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
Willingness to work in Nganjuk and adapt to a shift-based schedule.

Berkolaborasi dengan tim produksi dan kontrol kualitas untuk mengoptimalkan proses dan mengatasi masalah teknis.
Menyiapkan laporan teknis dan dokumentasi tentang aktivitas pemeliharaan, status peralatan, dan inisiatif peningkatan.
Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan, standar industri, dan persyaratan peraturan.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Gelar Sarjana Teknik (Listrik, Mekanik, atau Industri) atau bidang teknik terkait.
Minimal 3-5 tahun pengalaman dalam peran koordinasi teknis atau pengawasan, lebih disukai di lingkungan manufaktur atau pengolahan makanan.
Pemahaman yang kuat tentang sistem mekanik, listrik, dan kontrol.
Kemampuan yang terbukti untuk memimpin dan memotivasi tim teknis.
Keterampilan pemecahan masalah dan analitis yang sangat baik.
