About this role
As part of our growth strategy to become a leading inbound travel company for the Western markets, we
are looking for a dedicated and proactive Booking Agent – Activities to join Japan Experience in Japan.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing reservations and coordinating bookings for activities across Japan.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring smooth
communication and long-term partnerships. - Handling booking requests, confirmations, modifications, and operational inquiries while
coordinating closely with the Sales and Product team. - Resolving booking issues and last-minute changes to ensure an excellent experience for both
customers and suppliers. - Maintaining accurate booking records and assisting with invoices and general administrative
tasks.
