About the Role

Jaheziya is looking for experienced Associate Instructors to join our specialist instructor pool for project and course-based assignments in the UAE and internationally.

The role involves delivering theoretical, practical and scenario-based training in firefighting, emergency response, rescue and incident command, in line with Jaheziya and applicable accreditation standards. Assignments may typically range from 1 to 15 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality classroom, practical and live training.

  • Support programmes such as NFPA / Pro Board, JOIFF, RTC/RTCI, BAI, ICS and CFBT/CFBTI.

  • Conduct learner assessments where qualified and authorised.

  • Maintain high safety and quality standards during practical training.

  • Support Lead Instructor or course development activities when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' relevant operational/technical experience.

  • Minimum 2 years' instructional experience in fire & rescue, emergency response, military, civil defence or a similar environment.

  • Recognised instructor/training qualification.

  • Current relevant professional and technical certifications.

  • Strong communication, presentation and practical training skills.

  • Willingness to travel and undertake project-based assignments in the UAE or internationally.
