Regional Director (Physical Therapist License)
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy
Roanoke and Charlottesville, VA Markets (Remote with Travel to Clinics Required)
Compensation
- $120,000 to $145,000 per year (based on number of clinics supported, experience, etc.)
- This position is also eligible for: Regional Director bonus

Position Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state required.
5+ years of proven dedication and leadership experience in a multi-site outpatient care setting.
Passion for leadership, mentoring others, and fostering success.
Strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
The compensation range listed reflects the good-faith estimate of pay that this organization reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting.
