Veterinary Receptionist (24hrs)

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Cedarmount Vets on a part-time permanent basis.

 

Cedarmount Veterinary Clinic is a busy veterinary clinic in Bangor, Co Down, and is part of Independent Vetcare. We are a dedicated team of enthusiastic people who work together to provide the best possible care for our pets and clients.

 

How You’ll Make a Difference

 

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

 

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

 

Working Pattern

 

*25 hours per week with 1 in 6 Saturdays.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

* Answering telephone calls

* Providing one-to-one support to clients

* Delivering a warm, friendly service while showing sensitivity to patient illness

* Taking payments, cash handling and end-of-day banking

* Booking appointments
